Billy Hat is been handmade of felt and cotton in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK.
I like to work with patterned fabrics, ribbons, trimmings, felt and buttons to create beautiful things to share.
This felt hat is made of moss-green felt for the peak and crown. It has pretty primrose yellow floral cotton lining. It is finished off with two daisy applique details which have white petals and yellow centers.
The approximate sizes are inner circumference of 53.5cm/21 inches around the hat band, its height from hatband to crown is 6cm/2.5 inches and peak measurement is 5cm/2 inches.
I recommend for a comfortable fit that you measure around your child’s head just above their ears and eyebrows. Insert a finger between the head and the tape to ensure the hat will not be too tight.
