Girls Pleated Blouse Made of Cotton Fabric with Buttons and Lace Detail

Hello welcome to my first Spring Collection I hope you enjoy it as much as I have loved making it. This beautiful Forget-Me-Not Blouse has been handmade in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK.

The collection consists of individually hand-sewn outfits, dresses, blouses, hats and bags that are elegantly casual, clothes that little girls will find fun to wear. These designs are adapted from existing patterns, which I have modified. I have given each piece a flower name and carefully chosen fabric to represent the colour of the flower. I have also added my own little green rabbit to make it really special.

This Forget-Me-Not Blouse is smock styled blouse with front tucks, mid length sleeves, gathering and lace edged, finished with little heart shaped buttons. The main body of the blouse is made of a woven white, navy and black tiny hounds-tooth patterned 100% cotton. The beautiful lace edge is 100% cotton with a daisy embroidered detail and it is finished with little heart shaped shell buttons. The blouse has front tucks and gathering around the yolk. The sleeves are also gathered and with an elasticated cuff. There is a button fastening a the back of the blouse.

Size 2 Child’s Chest – 54 cm / 21 inches
Size 2 Child’s Waist – 49 cm / 19 inches
Size 2 Child’s Hip – 57 cm / 23 inches

All my products are individual, beautifully hand-sewn, focusing on attention to detail. Each item is robust, practical and ready to wear. All internal seams have been neatened with a zig-zag seam, neck and sleeve openings are finished with a bias-binding edge and any finishing or buttons have been double-sewn.

Washing Instructions:

I recommend that clothing items are washed at 40c with similar colours, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Iron at a cool temperature. Hats should be spot cleaned only.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order. Any returns will need to be posted back to me within 14 days of delivery. A full refund and return of postage costs will be made in full depending upon the query.
