Poppy Doll and Peter Doll were handmade in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK.
I like to work with patterned fabrics, ribbons, trimmings, felt and buttons to create beautiful things to share.
Poppy Doll has chestnut brown felt hair with pigtails and pink ribbons. She has gray button eyes and rosy cheeks. She has a pink floral dress finished with pearl vintage buttons.
Peter Doll has citrus orange hair and lovely blue button eyes. He has navy trousers and a patterned blue shirt finished with vintage cream buttons.
Both dolls have hand embroidered faces which conveys their individual characters and charm.
The dolls are approximately 50cm/20inches long and 15cm/6 inches wide.
The dolls bodies are made of calico, their clothing is cotton and they are filled with polyester wadding that conforms to British Safety Standards.
Spot cleaning with mild soap is recommended.
As these dolls are handmade and contain buttons they for decoration and are not recommended as toys. They are sold as a pair and are ready to ship. If you would like to purchase only one doll please contact me for more information.
