This beautiful British Shorthaired cat has been handmade in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK.
I like to work with patterned fabrics, ribbons, trimmings, felt and buttons to create beautiful things to share.
This cats body is made of nugmeg brown felt with a pale brown front and darker brown tail tip, chin, nose and inner ears. He has a creamy coloured face with bright amber eyes and hand sewn wiskers and face details. He sports a lovely lilic velvet collar with a brass bell. This British Shorthaired cat has been filled with polyester wadding that conforms to British Safety Standards and has a cardboard base so that he will sit easily on any flat surface.
He is approximately 27cm/11inches high and 27cm/11inches in diameter.
