Billy Hat is been handmade of felt and cotton in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK.
I like to work with patterned fabrics, ribbons, trimmings, felt and buttons to create beautiful things to share.
This felt hat is made of pale-lavender felt for the peak and crown. It has pretty navy floral cotton lining. It is finished off with two daisy applique details which have lime-green petals and turquoise centers.
The approximate sizes are inner circumference of 52cm/21 inches around the hat band, its height from hatband to crown is 6cm/2.1 inches and peak measurement is 5cm/2 inches.
I recommend for a comfortable fit that you measure around your child’s head just above their ears and eyebrows. Insert a finger between the head and the tape to ensure the hat will not be too tight.
